Rick Selk gives spiritual leadership to UP. Rick’s well over 30 years of service to the Kingdom, dedication to prayer and his community, and leadership in Youth for Christ has him uniquely qualified to guide and help UP to fulfill its Vision and Mission. Rick is married to Becky Selk and they recently celebrated 30 years of marriage. Rick and Becky have raised their family in Manteno and are dedicated and thriving parents to three adult children, Caleb, Leah and Kenna, who all walk humbly with God and serve the Gospel mission.

Dan Hofmeister assists in a leadership role at UP and helps carry out the Vision and Mission of UP. He aids in driving UP’s focus to put love into action and to truly bolster our communities. Dan practices law at a large firm in Chicago and is married to Dr. Elizabeth Hofmeister, a podiatric physician and surgeon locally and who leads the Prairie Rock Foot & Ankle Clinic in Manteno. Dan and Liz raised their family in Manteno, and have three adult children, John, Bennett and Emma, who are all married and thriving in their faith journeys with Christ.

Emma Russell serves as the Director of Operations at UP and helps coordinate many of the day-to-day operations that support the church and its ministries. She works closely with staff and volunteers to ensure communication, organization, and administrative needs are handled effectively. She also serves as a paraprofessional at Manteno Elementary School, bringing her experience and heart for service into both the church and the local community.
